Partnership Action for Continuing Employment (PACE) is the Scottish Government’s initiative dedicated to helping individuals and employers with advice and support when faced with redundancy.
West Dunbartonshire Council is a member of the PACE Partnership. We respond to redundancy situations by providing skills development and employability support to minimise the time people affected by redundancy are out of work.
West Dunbartonshire Council’s Working 4U service can provide advice and support to help West Dunbartonshire residents who have been made redundant or are at risk of redundancy find work, get money and benefits advice and explore learning and training opportunities.
